さいたま市に老夫婦二人で営んでいる隠れたおいしいラーメン店がある。お昼２時間だけの営業で、駐車場もなく、なかなか行くのが難しい。
調（つきのみや）神社の隣にあり浦和駅からは１０分ぐらい歩いたところ。
これぞ「ラーメン！」シンプルで奥深い味わいのスープ。前に「納得のいくスープができなかったので今日は店を休みます」と張り紙が貼ってあったことがあるほどこだわったスープです。麺も太い縮れ麺で硬めの食感が食欲をそそります。
驚くのは味だけでなくお値段にびっくり！ラーメン５００円です。
店１番お得感なのはたっぷりの野菜を炒めたタンメン５５０円！餃子６個３００円。
メニューにはないのに常連さんが頼むチャーハン（食べたことがない）も美味しそうです。
かなりのご高齢なのでいつまで食べられるか分からないので、定期的に行きたいと思っています。
