我が事務所は「ハウス」栽培ができるほど、冬でも暖かく日差しもたっぷりなので、１月中旬の少し気温が高めの時いろんな種を植えてみた。「カラフルふだんそう」「ディル」「ルッコラ」「レモンバーム・メリッサ」「九条ネギ」が育っている。「春菊」ほか芽が出なかったものもある。
２０２１年２月７日（日）間引きのために植え替えをしたついでに、種まき「第２弾」を実行！
１週間で何やら「芽」が出てきた。ちゃんと書いておけば何が出てきたかわかるのですが、その辺にある種を「ちょちょっ！」と植えてしまうのが「僕の悪い癖」（相棒！）何が出てきたのはもうしばらく見ていなくてはわからない。「乞うご期待！」

下の写真は種から蒔いた「九条ネギ」（まだ一条ネギ？）先週の土曜日に安くなっていた「九条ネギ」を買ってきて、根っこを植えたので、それは別件でご紹介します。小ネギは何回でも再生します。下から２〜３cm残して切ればまた生えてきます。その原理を利用して２０株植えました。１２月と１月は休止しますが、そのほかの残りの１０ヶ月は小ネギ食べ放題です。
